How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Courtsshared Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Courtsshared Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If something went wrong with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Courtsshared Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@courtsshared.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you used or the form you filled out, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm that we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
